Great start

Back on the patch this morning and a beautiful morning it was with blue skies and birds everywhere. Whitethroat numbers have gone up over night and there was 5 Wheatear still at Bonnets hill, but the star of the morning was this female Common Redstart in the scrub next to the Hospital, which gave great views for the local valley birders.
